Breakfast: Oatmeal with brown sugar and skim milk
Lunch: Vegetable soup (homemade) cheddar cheese 2 oz
Supper: baked potato with 2 tsp of butter, 2 T of sour cream
Snack: white cheddar popcorn ( 6 cups) and two glasses of diet ginger ale
Lunch was not my creation but my friend's, so I can't take any credit for making such a wise calorie lacking soup! The taste was big but the calories were negligible! Company, of course, was as delightful as the soup!
First night without hubby is always the hardest. SO I ordered new bedding and yet another faux fur coat. Come on! I had to! The shipping was free you know!
