Wednesday

Breakfast: one chopped tomato with salt & pepper,drop of oil,two egg omelet with mushrooms, Gouda cheese, glass of skim milk an 1 T of cream for the omelet.

Lunch: a pear - boy was it good! Juicy and just right ripe!

Supper: 4 oz minced bison patty, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes with 2 tsp butter, 1/3 cup creamed corn

Snack: big turk bar

I am really trying to keep my meals based on real foods, not too many steps from the ground so to speak. For instance, butter is a good thing, margarine is not. Like the taste hasn't told us that one?
