I had every plan to make chicken for supper, but one thing lead to another, so we ended up having cornflakes for supper! Grocery shopping was time consuming, but I found some nice tiny lettuces and baby cucumbers to make into salads for the next three days. Thursday's meals were:
Breakfast: one egg omelet (ran out of eggs!)skim milk and a half cup of stewed rhubarb.
Lunch: Shared a chili and chips at Wendy's with hubby. MMMM good!
Supper: cornflakes and skim milk
Snackage: two bags of chips and a Fresca
