Monday

Breakfast: one chopped tomatoe with salt & pepper,drop of oil, two omelet with two slices of rosemary ham, gouda cheese, skim milk

Lunch: six fancy baby carrots, 2 T Marzetti's dip, ten taco chips (had to do something with that leftover dip!)

Supper: fried fish (cod portions dipped in cornstarch, pan fried in canola with a bit of butter - worked well) with leftover potatoes dauphionoise and 1/3 cup peas 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream

Snack: 8 chocolate covered almonds

My Pennington's order arrived. The dresses were too big, so back they go. The nighties will be nice "at home" wear - I do have a tendency to wear nighties in the day time, so the one with pockets will be especially good, even if it does have a smiley face on the bosom and pawprint polka dots on the sleeves!
