We had a very quiet weekend for a change. Hubby worked Saturday, and was very happy to stay in when he got home. Saturday's breakfast was two eggs with a toasted GF English muffin, and GF penne and meat sauce for supper, with seasoned little tomatoes.(oregano, salt and pepper, tossed in a bit of oil) Yay leftovers!
Breakfast: 1 serving of oven fries (McCains low fat) & two eggs over easy, three slices of crispy bacon, skim milk
Supper: bison new york strip steak, steamed baby potatoes, sliced carrots. I cooked the carrots with a scant tablespoon of agave syrup, added ginger and a bit of butter before serving. MMMM good!
Snacks: four, yep, four bags of plain Lay's chips - not all at once - over the course of the day. I have to stop doing chips as a meal replacement! Amazingly, I woke up this morning a pound lighter. Up down, up down until the 'down' becomes the 'up' number! Yep. Leapfrog weigh ins! After all the salt and debauchery today, I wonder what the scale will say in the morning?
