Menu for Today

Breakfast: eggs, toast & butter, milk
Lunch: Leftover celery soup, liver sausage and olive sandwich (I know, it sounds wierd, but sooooooo good!) Activia yogurt
Snack:Fennel tea
Supper: PC's white cheddar macaroni and pickled beets
Snack: Sunchips, cottage cheese and strawberries. (There is fruit a plenty on the turn, so I will be stuffing myself and hubby with apples!)

Let me just mention Fennel tea. I made a large cup of this beatiful licorice-y stuff, and it has already worked its magic. Ah the simple things in life...
