and I am feeling like living again! It's a miracle! Unfortunately, I was hungry as a bear yesterday and really overdid it at supper, and after. First, an apple with a little bag of Cheetos while watching TV...then hubby had a great idea...Nachos. Sigh. As a result, I ate 300 calories more than I need to maintain life. I was hungry yesterday, so indulged. Back on the wagon this morning, though.
Breakfast: eggs & toast, bacon
Lunch: crispy lettuce salad with apple and pecans, toasted GF bun
Supper: fish and potatoes, peas and carrots
