The menu was beyond my control today - that is my story, and I am sticking to it.

Breakfast: toast and peanut butter x3 (oh no!) milk, coffee
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwich, carrots, snap peas, diet pop
Supper: Chubby Chicken breast x2, 10 French Fries, home made coleslaw, cinnamon bun

Sigh. tomorrow I promise to do better. Really. I do!
