Breakfast: English muffin, two poached eggs, skim milk
Lunch: O Henry bar....yes! They are gluten free!
Supper: 3 tacos made with bison, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and sour cream, Fresca
Snack: Peanut butter marshmallow square
So, not every day do I use candy as a meal replacement, but today? I was just in a mood to be "bad". Fact of the matter is, when I go on a tear, it still falls within my maximum calorie range, although for sure, it doesn't make nutritional goals! Ah well. Always tomorrow.
Just realized that tacos, although sounding rich and decadent? Are really quite calorie friendly!
