Breakfast: English muffin, peanut butter on one side, plain on the other to dip into my two poached eggs! Skim milk.
Lunch: Poutine. Decadant, right? McCain lo fat oven fries, 1.5 oz of cheese, cut into tiny cubes and low fat gravy left over from our last chicken dinner. YUMM!
Supper: Glutino spinach pizza, Fresca
Snack: O Henry bar, with skim milk.
Not a healthy veggie day for sure. I need to go shopping!
