Breakfast: two poached eggs, GF Engish muffin, skim milk, coffee
Lunch:six slices of ham, 10 pickles, three Laughing cow wedges
Snack: O Henry Bar
Supper: scant cup corn pasta with spoonful of tomato (bison) sauce, Fresca, GF donut, tea
