There. Done for the day. They say that the longest journey starts with the first step. I just practiced counting reps.....

Hi Linda!
Have you tried the Leslie Sansone Walkaway the Pounds tapes for use at home? I just took my first steps today ... (tho i have done them before, not for waaaay too long!) ... I'm starting with the Get Up and Get Started 1-mile walk (it's part of a set i'm pretty sure) and there is a 2-mile and 3-mile walk that i hope to get into before long. Need a buddy?

I remember you and your partner in crime doing this a while back. Is the first tape designed for bona fide couch potatoes?

absolutely! i did this tape just last friday after a considerable length of time since the last time i did it ... i was really pumped and feeling good rest of day, but not wiped out by the workout - it's only 18 min. long and they show a scale when you hit 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile and then the mile and there are a group of peeps that you can pick on as they work out ... too funny! let me know if you try it.
