Breakfast: one chopped tomatoe with salt & pepper,drop of oil,cheese & mushroom omelet, skim milk, three slices of crisp bacon
Lunch: fruit smoothie (1 cup berries, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 cup orange juice, Sugar Twin)
Supper: boiled potatoes, cottage cheese
Snack: chocolate almonds (16), 12 Lay's potato chips, Fresca
