I am finally starting to shift some weight after a seemingly never ending time on a plateau. This week, I showed a 2.4 loss. It's a MIRACLE!!! Just goes to show that plugging along even though you don't see results for MONTHS does work. The time frame of 104 weeks should have been 401...am I dyslexic as well as chubby?
Last night, I had a chicken sandwich before bed.MMMM good. Today's menu:
Breakfast: eggs, toast, butter, skim milk
Lunch: roast pork sandwich, Activia yogurt, diet pop
Supper: potatoes & cod, some sort of veggies
Snack: veggies and dip, oranges & pretzels
